This Anchorage estate property had not been updated in over a decade, and the seller entrusted my design team and me to completely remodel and modernize it, both inside and out. The exterior was transformed using a rubbed painting technique, creating a beautiful Old French-style façade that added character and charm. Inside, we updated colors and finishes to reflect a more modern appeal, ensuring the home resonated with today’s buyers.
Every aspect of the project was carefully managed and implemented by my team, completing extensive renovations in just a few months.
